The Artist Tree is one of the leading operators of California cannabis retail and lounge spaces. We have redefined the modern cannabis experience through stunning design and unique experiences. We currently operate 7 cannabis retail and lounge locations throughout California and are opening additional locations in 2023 and 2024. The Artist Tree was the first recreational cannabis store to open in Fresno, West Hollywood, Oxnard, Riverside County, and Los Angeles (Phase 2). Each location functions as a hybrid between an art gallery and cannabis boutique, featuring exhibits from local artists. Duties and Responsibilities

• Intaking orders from scheduled vendors
• Matching Invoices to Metrc manifest for accuracy
• Inventory intake quality control. Reference BOH Intake/Process Orders SOP
• PO management through our MIS system
• Process inventory through Metrc and Blaze accordingly
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Audit Inventory the last few days of the month
• Cannabis waste management
• Communicate closely with product coordinator
• Open/Close the store as deemed necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience/Knowledge/Education:

Previous one (1) or more years experience as inventory control. Basic knowledge of state and local compliance laws preferred.

Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:

Must be 21 or older. English speaking or bilingual. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Well versed in communicating effectively and concisely. Dependable. Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Standing and walking for long periods of time. Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting and carrying. Reaching above, at and below shoulder level. Lifting and carrying unassisted up to 30 lbs. of bulk goods. Exposure to cleaning agents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
